“Dear Kiran, I would like to say a sincere thank you for bearing with Peter and I for the last 6 sessions. I found it hard to answer some of your questions, as they involved unearthing what I was trying to ignore, name the things as they are, for me, and really think about how I see this relationship progressing.

This was the first time when I felt Peter heard what I was saying, and the first time I had to clearly admit that I wasn’t ok with what was happening. It takes guts (and a lot of tears) to do that. This was a positive shift for me, and for the first time saw where I should be heading to find peace again – it eventually being a separation, in our case. Thank you for showing this to me, and for giving me the opportunity to be heard”
