I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Throughout my career, I have built a solid foundation in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Psychodynamic, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, allowing me to support couples with diverse needs and backgrounds. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent time in leadership roles as a Managing Director, where I focused on strategy and managing teams. My journey also includes significant work within the charitable sector in London, supporting asylum seekers and individuals managing complex mental health challenges. I have also worked with numerous community organisations, including the Bromley Counselling Centre and various educational settings, which has given me a broad perspective on the issues individuals and couples face. ## How I can help Together we will create a safe, confidential space where you can both openly explore your individual perspectives and relationship challenges.
