I am a specialist couples therapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling, Certified Imago Relationship Therapy training, and psychosexual-informed expertise. I work with couples across the UK online, helping partners move beyond blame, resentment and emotional disconnection towards greater understanding, intimacy and lasting change. My approach is warm, supportive and practical — creating a calm space where both partners feel heard, respected and understood. As a BACP member, I follow their code of ethics, undertake regular supervision and ongoing professional development, and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
