Meet Kaye Watch their introduction ## Background & Experience I bring a wealth of diverse experience to my counselling practice, rooted in a lifelong interest in human motivations and behaviour. My professional journey began with a degree in Psychology, followed by an extensive career in the commercial sector where I specialised in understanding human needs and attitudes. This background has given me a deep insight into the complexities of how people interact and communicate. My specialist training in relationship therapy was completed through 'Relate' and 'Tavistock Relationships', and I spent several years working for Relate alongside my private practice. In addition to my clinical work with couples, I am a clinical supervisor and a counselling tutor, which involves mentoring other therapists and ensuring they work safely according to ethical frameworks and best practice protocols. Beyond my formal training, I have a long history of supporting others through roles as a Samaritan volunteer, a mentor for 'The Prince's Trust', and a Mental Health First Aider.
