Meet Trish Watch their introduction ## Background & Experience My professional background is rooted in supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I began my career as a nurse, which provided a strong foundation for communicating with people when they are at their most vulnerable. As a qualified midwife and health visitor, I have a deep understanding of the unique physical and emotional challenges couples face when transitioning into parenthood and establishing healthy attachments. I have spent several years working specifically with Relate, providing both face-to-face and online therapy. My experience is diverse and spans across couples of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and cultural identities. I have also held specialist roles as a Clinical Lead for Perinatal Mental Health and as a trainer for effective team working, which informs my focus on healthy dynamics and psychological well-being. In addition to my work with new parents, I have experience supporting couples through complex life transitions, such as re-establishing relationship bonds and family connections following a partner's release from prison.
