No. The session price you see is exactly what you pay. There are no membership fees, platform charges, or hidden costs. Sessions are booked one at a time, so there is no subscription or long term commitment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Do you offer packages or discounts?

No. Sessions are booked and paid for one at a time, so there is no requirement to commit to multiple sessions in advance. You simply book sessions as and when you feel they are helpful.

How do I pay?

Payment is made securely online when you book your session. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I claim this on my health insurance?

We do not work directly with insurance companies. However, we can provide a receipt for your session which you may be able to submit to your insurer. Please check with your provider to confirm their requirements.
