    About Tracey

Hello, my name is Tracey and I'm a fully qualified counsellor and couples therapist dedicated to supporting partners in understanding the complex challenges that affect their lives and relationships. My primary focus is to provide a dedicated space where you and your partner can reflect upon your dynamic and foster open communication. I believe that by encouraging ongoing dialogue, we can work together to facilitate positive change and help you envision a brighter future.

During our sessions, I strive to build a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship characterised by empathy and respect. Whether you are seeking online couple counselling or specialist LGBTQ+ couples therapy, my goal is to ensure you feel safe and secure. Upholding your confidentiality is of my utmost importance throughout this process.

Relationship therapy equips you with the essential tools to address potential issues before they escalate. By gaining a deeper understanding of each other’s perspectives, needs, and desires, we can explore and overcome the obstacles that hinder your connection. I use an integrative approach to help you access the resources already available within your relationship to build a stronger bond.
