    Background & Experience

My professional background is diverse; I have extensive experience as a Workplace Mediator and Employment Relations Trainer, specialising in conflict resolution. This enables me to bring a practical, solution-focused lens to interpersonal disputes.

Prior to this, I spent nine years as a qualified Probation Officer, where I facilitated psychology-based programmes focusing on anger management, thinking and decision making skills, domestic abuse, and self-esteem. I further hold a B.A. (Hons) in Community and Criminal Justice, a Diploma in Probation Studies and a Certificate in Further Education, having taught in various diverse settings, including overseas.

My career has been defined by a deep commitment to understanding human behaviour and fostering rehabilitation and growth. Being well-travelled and passionate about diversity, I bring a broad, culturally informed perspective to my therapy work, ensuring I can support couples from all walks of life as they navigate their relationship journey.

    How I can help

I will provide a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings together.
