The 'Auto Assign' option allows us to select the most suitable therapist for you, based on your preferences.
Alternatively, you can opt for 'Self-Select' and choose your preferred therapist.

Step Four

Select Your Appointment Type

You can select between "Couples Counseling" for sessions involving you and your partner
or "Individual Counseling" if you would like a one-on-one session.

Step Five

Please Provide Your Contact Information

To ensure effective communication and confirmation, please ensure you enter your accurate contact details in the specified fields.
Please provide your full name, partners name, email address, and phone number. 

Step Six

Provide a Brief Overview of How We Can Help

If you have specific concerns or topics you wish to address during the counselling session.
Sharing this information will help the counsellor better prepare for your session.

Step Seven

Make payment via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card

Place your booking by completing the payment for your first therapy session.
We accept payments through PayPal or various debit/credit cards.

Step Eight

Receive Booking Confirmation

Once payment is complete your appointment request will be submitted. Our booking system will process the information promptly.

You can expect to receive a confirmation email within the next 60 minutes depending on the time of the day.

Prior to the session, your relationship therapist will send you a Zoom link on the e-mail address you provided. Just click on that link a couple of minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and it will take you straight to the session

Each one-hour (full 60 minutes) session of online relationship counselling is priced at £70 for both couples & individuals.

You pay at the time of booking either by Debit/Credit Card or PayPal

No, we are a private relationship counselling service and our fees are fixed.

We do not take block bookings because we/you don’t know how many sessions so will need so we do not want you to pay for something that might not be required.

No, it doesn’t. We appreciate that you are busy so you cannot always make the same time each week. Therefore, after the first session, your relationship therapist will work with you to find a day/time that is convenient for you both.

Not at all. We understand that people have financial/work/childcare commitments. So, you can choose how often you wish to book a session. In an ideal world, we would recommend that you try and have at least three sessions (one a week). This gives momentum and allows the full benefit of the relationship therapy much quicker. Then, if you choose to, you can then agree with your therapist to spread the sessions out.

As long as you give us more than 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time you will be given a full refund through your method of payment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully chargeable. Email us at

That is not a problem, not every therapist is right for every couple. You are not tied to going back to the same therapist if you feel for any reason that they are not quite right for you. Just drop us an e-mail or rebook directly online. We have a number of different therapists you can choose from.
